Where is True Local based?

True Local is based in Pompano Beach, Florida. All of our designs are created right here in South Florida.

What kind of products do you sell?

We sell trucker hats, caps, performance hats, t-shirts, tank tops, long sleeve shirts, hoodies, tumblers, decals, and other Florida lifestyle accessories. Our most popular items are our custom patch trucker hats.

What makes your hats different?

Our trucker hats feature custom-designed leatherette and PVC patches with original artwork. We use premium hat blanks with breathable mesh backs and adjustable snapback closures. Each design represents a piece of the Florida lifestyle.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We ship to all 50 states. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

Do you do custom orders or bulk orders?

Yes! We offer custom hat designs and bulk pricing for events, businesses, and organizations. Visit our Custom Hats page or contact us directly to discuss your project.

How do I care for my hat?

We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or dry. Keep your hat out of extreme heat to maintain the shape and patch quality.

Do you have a physical store?

We're primarily an online store at shoptruelocal.com. Follow us on social media for pop-up events and local appearances in the Pompano Beach and South Florida area.
