All True Local products are printed, embroidered, engraved, or assembled to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing before shipment. During holidays, special events, and new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (when available)

Free Shipping
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for customers in the Pompano Beach, Florida area. If available, this option will appear during checkout.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ship orders on time, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
True Local is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been accepted by the carrier. However, we will gladly assist in tracking down any delayed shipment.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, True Local is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us and we will help initiate a claim with the carrier.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping availability and rates will be displayed at checkout if offered.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
